When parents and caregivers need support, we meet either on a one to one basis or in groups, and together we discuss, learn and choose the most effective ways to help their children grow and thrive. Our conversations are very informal, yet very professional and at their end, adults leave feeling listened to, understood and very empowered. They take with them clear, practical tools they can immediately apply at their homes. My clients work hard, and they see the results.

Past Workshops
Parenting Group
This group is geared to parents/caregivers of children aged 2-8, and we will discuss all those issues that have you and other parents wondering. All those behaviors that you wish you knew how to change, and those others that you don't really understand. I will also be answering your questions about how to bring up an emotionally healthy, well balanced child.
Setting boundaries that actually work - a Masterclass.
Join me in this comprehensive, online, live, one time masterclass, to learn how to set boundaries that work and create a better relationship with your kids while doing so. By the end of this workshop you will be empowered with easy to use, effective and respectful knowledge and tools, which you'll be able to immediately apply and see results. The best part? What you learn in this workshop will serve you forever, with any person, of any age. That's why I love the Individual Psychology of Alfred Adler!, the theory behind my professional education and my teachings.
During this class we will be answering the following questions:
-
why do children behave (and misbehave) the way they do? Why do they seem decided to make our lives difficult (or miserable)?
-
how can we help our children behave better and cooperate more?
-
how can we adults, get our children to listen to us, because clearly, they don't.
-
what is the secret to setting boundaries that not only are respectful but they actually work?
-
what's the whole story about consequences and punishments?,
and we will do so by learning the theory that explains behaviors, asking a lot of questions, learning solutions to the different problems, and practicing how to apply the teachings so that when you turn off your Zoom, you are ready to go.
Back to e-school - Getting your kids to sit, and learn
How can I encourage my child to sit and learn?
How do I juggle e-school and work?
What can I do if things don't work?
Another e-school year is starting and we have so many questions and challenges to face! Please join me in conversation, next Tuesday, August 11th, 2020, at 8 am PST, to learn and discuss how you can help your child have a successful experience this next semester, without this meaning that you need to put your own needs aside.
A breath of fresh air for parents - a safe space for parents to share, connect, learn and feel empowered.
After months of feeling how hard Covid has hit us parents emotionally, I've realized that what we need is not only tools to make our lives easier, we also need a place to vent, feel safe and connect. That's why I've created A breath of fresh air for parents: a safe place to share, connect, learn and feel empowered. Luckily, we still have one another (even if remotely...) and our enormous human power of support :)
Please join me online, on Wednesdays at 8:30pm PDT, for an hour of venting, connecting, learning and regaining hope, through the shared experiences of other parents and some pretty cool behavior management techniques based on the Individual Psychology of Alfred Adler. Come to one meeting or all!

Which is the most efficient way to approach them when they lie?
Is it at all possible to prevent lying?
Please join me, on Sunday, May 17th, 2020, at 9am, to answer these, and many more questions about small little lies.

Parenting TEENS in times of uncertainty
Wednesday, March 18th, 2020, 8:30pm - 10pm
Teenagers and the actual situation. Believe me, I know how hard it can be. "Nothing will happen to me", "Until everyone stays home for 14 days and doesn't come out, my efforts are worthless", and "This is ridiculous, why can't I be with my friends?!", are only some of the many sentences mine have said.
I have two teens who had a hard time accepting the rules of this new game, but after a few deep, honest, straightforward conversations with them, all has settled down.
Please join me in conversation to discuss how you can best approach your teen in this time of uncertainty, get them to understand the seriousness of the situation and get them on board with everyone's effort.
